Reserve Your Rental

All of our rentals are for a 4-day rental period. We recommend your rental period starts 1-2 days before your event.

Party On!

Set your table and impress your guests! We love to see pictures of our pieces in use. Share them on Instagram and tag us!

Return Your Pieces

Once the party is over, return them to us. We launder all linens, but we do ask that you clean your rentals according to the manufacturer recommendations. Some may require hand-washing.

Do you assist with tablescapes?

Absolutely!  We do this because it’s what we love. Reach out in advance to scheme your look in person.

Where are your services available?

We are locally available to the Greater New Orleans area. If you have an event outside of this area, please call or email to see how we can accommodate delivery and pickup.

Is there a minimum order?

Some items such as serveware can be rented solo. For dinnerware and flatware, we require a minimum of four.

When will my items be delivered?

Items will be delivered by the date selected. We recommend selecting delivery 1-2 days before your event.

How do I choose items for a specific date?

Our website will ask you to select your 4-day rental period for your items. The price is for the entire rental period not a per day price. For major holidays, we recommend early reservations as items will book quickly.

How far in advance do I need to reserve items?

We require as little as 3 days of advanced notice to prepare your order. However, we recommend reserving your rental early to guarantee inventory availability.

How should I clean items before returning them?

Due to how items are transported, all dinnerware, glassware, flatware and serveware must be clean as recommended (by hand if required or dishwasher if allowed) prior to return. Linens are laundered by us and can be returned in bag provided.

Do you have enough inventory for my event?

We carry multiples of all of our products. If you are hosting a larger event of 24+, please call or email to discuss how we can best accommodate you. As a young business, we are happy to expand certain patterns with enough notice.

When do I have to return my items?

All rentals include up to a 4-day rental period. Rentals are considered late if they are not returned or ready for pick-up on the last day of your rental period. A $25 daily late fee will apply to late rentals.

What if I don’t use a rented item?

If rented items are not used, a refund will not be provided as the items were out of inventory and unavailable to other customers.

How do I return my items?

Items can be returned or dropped off locally.

What if an item is damaged or lost?

GL will charge a replacement fee for any item damaged that can no longer be rented again. Damaged beyond repair can include: breakage, stains, tears, candle wax, mildew, burns, or damage from self laundering. We will notify you before any damages are charged to your card.
